Usually written with Microsoft Visual Web Developer and designed to be used by the Microsoft ASP .NET framework, the scripts in the web paged are processed on the server side and resulting HTML is sent to the browser for user interaction. Also known as “.NET Web Forms”, .ASPX pages are easily identified in a browser as the URL in the address field will end with an “.aspx”.
