Information about PART files and how to open them

PART - Partially Downloaded File

This is a file type which denotes a partially downloaded file. Several programs such as eMule and Go!Zilla use the .PART file extension and is also supported by FlashGet. .PART files usually denote a download in progress or one that has been interrupted. Some .PART files may be resumed later by using the same program that generated it. NOTE: FlashGet users may need to rename the .PART file with the .JC extension instead to resume downloading the original file.
