SH - Bash Shell Script
This is a script file program used by BASH (Bourne-Again Shell) which is a type of Unix or Linux shell. It contains instructions written in BASH and can be executed by text commands typed at the command line interface of the shell. NOTE: .SH files may also be used to store scripts for other types of shells including C-Shell, Korn Shell and Bourne Shell. An example of a BASH shell is the Apple Terminal application.
