Where to begin with the Softango ShareCalendar? Let me just say to start with that the ShareCalendar has made my life a whole lot easier. No, it doesn’t do my work for me- it’s not one of those easy buttons that suddenly fixes every problem with a project- but it makes it easier to coordinate my work with my colleagues. The ShareCalendar syncs up with the calendar associated with Microsoft outlook- all versions, so compatibility with your coworkers is not an issue. You can create public group folders for a project and keep everyone in the loop so the whole team knows deadlines, meeting times, and any other information that needs to be shared. And if you have a sensitive meeting that you don’t want the whole world to see on your calendar you can hide specific appointments with the privacy function.
The ShareCalendar also lets you create different calendar pages for different groups so you can have one calendar for work, another for the family, another for your tee times, etc. Beyond scheduling the software allows you to share information across shared calendars such as your contacts or any other custom Outlook form. I’ve definitely been pleased with the performance of the ShareCalendar and recommend it for anybody who needs to coordinate information with a large team.
