You can download and install Windows Login Screen Changer for free. Once you designate the folder location for the download you can simply right click on the file and then choose to run the application with administrator privileges.
When Windows Login Screen Changer is successfully installed you can proceed to click on Add Image File to choose the image file you want to use. One you select the image file click on Apply Image File to apply the file to Login Screen Changer. Whenever you want to revert to the original settings simply click on Restore Default. That’s it.
